Eligibility for Refunds

- Free trial accounts are not eligible for monetary refunds as no payment was made.
- Reseller accounts and bulk purchases are subject to separate refund terms as outlined in reseller agreements.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after the original purchase date.

- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of the IPTV Epix Terms of Use, including but not limited to: sharing account credentials, running servers for redistribution, or using the service for commercial purposes without a reseller agreement.

- Refund requests citing issues that were reported to and resolved by our support team within the subscription period.
- Duplicate subscription purchases where one subscription has already been used.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund from IPTV Epix, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, the email address used at purchase, your order ID, and a brief reason for your refund request.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or bank accounts.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, IPTV Epix may offer a pro-rated partial refund at our discretion. This may apply when a subscriber has used a portion of their subscription but encounters significant, documented technical issues that our support team was unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe. Partial refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription period. Such refunds will only be considered after all reasonable technical support options have been exhausted.
