DMCA Policy – IPTV Epix

Introduction

IPTV Epix (“we,” “us,” “our,” operating at iptvepix.net) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

It is our policy to investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to material on our platform that is claimed to infringe upon another party’s copyright. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of subscribers who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content accessible through iptvepix.net has been used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement and you wish to have that content removed or access to it disabled, you must provide our designated DMCA Agent with the following written information as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following elements:

• 1. Physical or electronic signature — A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is allegedly infringed.
• 2. Identification of the copyrighted work — Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered in a single notification, please provide a representative list of such works.
• 3. Identification of the infringing material — Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our platform.
• 4. Contact information — Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, so that we may contact you if necessary.
• 5. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• 6. Accuracy statement — A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Please send your completed DMCA takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent using any of the following methods:

We recommend email as the primary channel for DMCA notices to ensure proper documentation and tracking. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and take appropriate action as required by law within the timeframes prescribed by the DMCA.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content that was removed or to which access has been disabled is either not infringing or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to law to post and use such material, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. A valid counter-notification must include: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its prior location; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; (d) your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action within the applicable timeframe, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

IPTV Epix has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers. In appropriate circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we will terminate the access of any subscriber or account holder who is found to have repeatedly infringed the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to make this determination without prior notice to the affected party.

Disclaimer

IPTV Epix operates as an independent IPTV subscription reseller and content aggregation service. We do not host, store, or transmit content from our own servers in most cases. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will forward the notice to the appropriate upstream content provider or infrastructure partner and take all commercially reasonable steps to disable access to the allegedly infringing material through our platform.
