8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE IPTV EPIX SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IPTV EPIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IPTV EPIX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE IPTV EPIX SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

IPTV Epix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts that have been inactive for extended periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the IPTV Epix service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction.
